3. Staging.  Assistance in getting your home ready for the market.  I have been highly complimented for my knowledge of staging - this includes bringing accessories and sometimes furniture into a home, making inexpensive, sometime subtle changes that could mean thousands more to your bottom line.  I cannot stress enough the importance of this in the current market.

4.  Extensive marketing plan.  The MLS is not enough.  Put my network to work for you.  Your property will be exposed and networked among the best agents in the industry - you need to be noticed!   As well as traditional forms of advertising (such as in my monthly newsletter and in postcard mailings), your internet exposure will be second to none as your home will be listed on dozens of websites.

5.  Communication.  Communication with my clients is very important to me.  If you call, I'll answer....and if you get my voicemail, you'll be pleased at how quickly I return your call.  Your needs come first, and I will do my best to exceed your expectations in every way.
