My name is Randy Brooks, and I'm fortunate to be Melodee's husband!  I know firsthand how hard she works to make her clients happy and exceed their expectations.  Melodee takes every part of the transaction very personally and always has her clients best interests at heart.  I know you will be very pleased to work with her and you will be impressed by her professionalism and how much she cares about you, her valued client.

I have worked with Melodee for several years in the area of marketing properties and the Melodee Brooks Group.  I am also a licensed real estate professional and list new properties for sale, show homes to buyers, negotiate transactions, qualify buyers financially, and follow the files through to successful closing.  I also act as the CFO of the organization.  My work experience includes auditor for Exxon in Houston, foreign exchange trader at Chicago Research and Trading, and 5 years as a financial analyst for the Minnesota Vikings.  I actively manage my own portfolio of stocks and futures, and  I have an MBA from the University of Chicago and have passed the CPA exam.

I'm an avid fan of the Minnesota Vikings and Minnesota Twins and enjoy snow skiing, snow boarding, water skiing, movies, traveling (especially cruising), and reading (WW2 nonfiction and Daniel Silva novels).  Most of all I enjoy being married to Melodee and being the father of two unbelievable daughters, Ashley (age 16) and Lauren (age 10).

Darin Brooks - Licensed Realtor

I have 7 years of sales experience working with clients on large financial transactions and career choice options.  This included consultative sales, financing consultation, recruitment, career planning and job placement.　 In total, I have over 14 years of professional business experience including working for GMAC Financial Services, Walser Automotive Group, and TEKsystems prior to joining the Melodee Brooks Group at Edina Realty.　

My previous positions have been focused on client consultation, client service/support and high client satisfaction.  I earned my Bachelor's Degree from the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management, with an emphasis on Small Business Management and Entrepreneurship.　

I am from Sisseton, SD but have called the Twin Cities home for the last 18 years.  My wife, Shelly, and I have  been married 16 years and have 3 children (Alyssa- age 10, Carson -age 7, Anna - age 3).  We have lived in Victoria for the last 9 years.  In my freetime, I enjoy spending time with my family.  Activies we enjoy together are boating and spending time at the lake, church activities, sporting events and participating in the coaching of my children's sporting activities.  I am also a fanatic of the Vikings, Twins and the Gopher's basketball programs.　

Tim Agrimson - Licensed Realtor

I was born and raised in Eden Prairie and have lived in the area my entire life. I currently live in Victoria with my wife Maret of 18 years and two boys Benjamin and Jacob 11 and 7 respectively.

I received my Masters Degree in Biology from the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse, and have worked 15 years in the Medical Field.  Prior to working as a Real Estate Agent, I provided direct patient care, as well as successfully starting and running my own business.

Friends and family are very important to me as well as the professional relationships that I make in business. I pride myself in representing my client's needs and enjoy exceeding their expectations.  My interests outside of family and real estate are my church, traveling, running, swimming, participating in my boys activities, and in the rare instance that I a free moment - reading.                                                                

Deb Shadduck - Office Administrator

I do a little bit of everything for the Melodee Brooks Group!  Primarily, I am responsible for client follow-up, designing the marketing materials, coordinating listing details, scheduling appointments, scheduling open houses, and setting up showings, among many other things.  I have worked with Melodee and Randy for the past year and have known them for several years, having met at church.  Also, my daughter was their nanny for two summers!

I enjoy spending time with my wonderful husband, Jim, and our daughter Katie, and her wonderful husband, Dave, reading, traveling and summertime in Minnesota.
